Mindy Price is the Founder and Chief WHY Officer of Inside the WHY. She has spent nearly three decades in multifamily and real estate across onsite operations, property management, marketing, sales, property investment, executive leadership, and education. A former top sales producer and Chief Operating Officer of a real estate education and investment firm, she understands both the pressure to deliver results and the human decisions that drive them.
 

What drives your leadership eventually becomes someone else’s experience. That idea runs underneath everything Mindy teaches. Success is shaped not only by what people do, but by why it matters and how that purpose shows up when others are counting on them. She helps leaders and teams see the moments that decide how a resident describes the community, whether a good employee stays, and what a report will say three months later.

Mindy is NAAEI Faculty and serves on the Board of the Texas Apartment Association Education Foundation and the Houston Apartment Association Education Advisory Council. She has also served on multiple industry boards, including the Board of Directors of the National Apartment Association Education Institute.
